Multi iris molds are extremely helpful if you are looking for a way to experiment with different size irises. These molds from Cubeco are absolutely wonderful for this, often providing up to 4 different options in a single mold.
The iris size can greatly influence the theme or style of a doll. Larger irises tend to give a more fantasy look and appeal, whereas smaller irises can give a more intense look. Medium sizes are best for more realistic looking eyes.
